Pattern Repeat

Reception Chalk Mural

Something a little bit different... some new work done through amber&green studios.

'Interior wall mural/illustration on blackboard. Using chalk we transformed this London based office area creating stylistic illustrations of classic ornate furniture. By developing the intial concepts, we were able to create our own contemporary twist with detailed features that added wit and a sense of humour making for a more appealing waiting area for their clients.'

Monuments Merchandise

A friend of mine asked me to work on some t-shirt designs for his bands European tour merchandise. They wanted a fresher take on the usual 'Metal' theme. The result was a bold, graphic look taking influence from archaic objects and the undead.

The designs are going to be released in stages and are available for pre-order now HERE.

You can also pick them up from one of their many tour dates. The European Tour with Winds Of Plague, Stick To Your Guns & For Today kicks off on the 4th of November.

Chicke Republic Update

I was commissioned earlier this year to create an illustration for Nigerian based fast food restaurant Chicken republic through design agency Brandy and amber&green. The illustration was used across 70 restaurants as a wall mural and for packaging purposes.

Recently, they have been doing a 'munch more' promotion where my illustration has been used as promotional posters, car graphics and even a colouring book.

I did laugh at one of their advertising posters, you'll see why...

Camouflage Children Logo

Logo designed for London based hip-hop duo Camouflage Children.

"Two life-long friends, battle rapper Press1 and all-round talented MC/actor Lenz Wan join together to form Camouflage Children. Formed solely to enter a battle of the bands competition at the O2 arena - which coincidentally they won. Expect the introduction EP to be available by the beginning of 2011."

A wedding gift to my boss Steve and his wife Kendrah.

Window mounted and framed, this is a one off, hand drawn/inked illustration, dated and signed on the day of their wedding.

I've been working on some summer time typographic stuff, this one is inspired by my friend Laura. I'm going to try experiment with a lot more typography and see where it takes me.

Chicken Republic

This is a job that was commissioned through where I work, amber&green. The illustration now covers the walls in 70 restaurants in Nigeria and has been used all over their packaging as well.

"Working with BrandyUK we were commissioned to create a ‘Melting Pot’ of 80 component illustrations for Chicken Republic. The illustration reflects the vibe of modern Africa through use of icons and word play. The final hero illustration was designed to be used as a giant wall mural that was digitally printed to work across Pan-Africa outlets. It is adaptable in a number of different configurations from in-store graphics to fast food packaging."
